Spring Zoodles with CBD-infused Lemon-Herb Dressing

Can’t get enough of zucchini noodles? Now you must try it with this quick and pungent herb sauce, compliments them perfectly! Our secret ingredient is our organic Pure CBD Oil that will leave you feeling mellow, healthy and cool. Relish in this simple yet flavorful and healthy zoodle dish with bright pops of Spring colors!



20 grape tomatoes, halved
2 large zucchini, spiralized into noodles
2 large carrots, spiralized into noodles
3 large yellow squash, spiralized into noodles
Radishes, thinly sliced on mandolin
Seasonal micro greens for garnish


Yield: 4 servings I Total time: 10 mins

1/2 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons white cane sugar
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
4 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 pumps of our Certified Organic Pure CBD oil 600mg


In a blender, mix together extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, dried parsley, garlic, dried basil, celery seed, dried marjoram, black pepper, and Certified Organic Pure CBD oil 600mg. Blend together until the ingredients are combined and smooth. Place in bowl and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, and squash. Pour the CBD-infused Lemon-Herb dressing over the vegetables and gently toss to combine. Allow to sit for at least 10 minutes in the refrigerator before serving. Add the thinly sliced radishes and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with seasonal colorful micro greens. Bountiful seasonal vegetables are springing up.
