What are herbal teas?

Ingredients:

¼ cup basil

1 tsp honey

2 tsp juice from a lemon

Mint tea: Help retain focus and help the health of your gut. This tea also provides relaxing aromas of rosemary and lavender to help you find a sense of calm.

Ingredients:

5-10 mint leaves

1 sprig of rosemary

1 sprig of lavender.

Squeeze of lemon or a few drops of honey
