Green Gorilla offers a 100% full return policy for sealed product, the request must be submitted within seven (7) business days of the customer receiving the product. Requests can be submitted through our Contact page and selecting “Sales – Order Support” and leaving a detailed description of the issue. Customers will be emailed within two (2) business days that their request has been received and if their request has been approved. If approved, shipping labels will be provided and the product must be returned through a USPS location. Refunds will be issued once the product is received.
On orders of $100 or less, a full cash refund is issued. Orders over $100 will be refunded via 100% store credit if delivery to the recipient has been verified. If we are unable to verify delivery, a full cash refund will be issued on all orders.
